Welcome to Infexor. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (infexor.com) and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Overview

Infexor provides software development, cybersecurity, and related technology services including but not limited to:

  • Website and web application development
  • Mobile application development (Android & iOS)
  • Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
  • Security audits and hardening
  • Bug fixing and debugging
  • Performance optimization
  • Server deployment and management

2. Engagement & Project Scope

Each project engagement begins with a detailed discussion of requirements. Upon mutual agreement, we provide a written proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work commences only after the client's written approval (via email, WhatsApp, or signed agreement) and receipt of the agreed advance payment.

Any changes to the scope of work after project initiation may result in revised timelines and additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

3. Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: We typically require 40% of the total project cost as an advance before work begins.
  • Milestone Payments: For larger projects, payments may be structured around project milestones as outlined in the proposal.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery of source code or deployment credentials.
  • Payment Methods: We accept UPI, bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), and international wire transfers.
  • Late Payments: Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. Overdue payments may result in project suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all project fees:

  • The client receives full ownership of all custom source code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project.
  • Infexor retains the right to use generic, reusable components, libraries, and frameworks that are not unique to the client's project.
  • Infexor may showcase the project (without disclosing confidential information) in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose, share, or sell any confidential business information, source code, credentials, or security audit findings to third parties. We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request.

6. Warranties & Revisions

  • We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
  • Unlimited revisions are offered during the active development phase at no extra charge.
  • Post-delivery support is included as specified in each project's plan (typically 1–6 months).
  • Bug fixes for issues arising from our code are addressed free of charge during the support period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Infexor's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • For security audit services, we provide findings and recommendations based on best practices, but we do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be discovered or that systems will be completely secure after remediation.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to required resources, content, credentials, and feedback.
  • Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
  • Ensure they have the legal right to all content and materials provided to us.
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unethical purposes.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India. We encourage resolving disputes through amicable discussion before pursuing legal action.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
