At Infexor, we strive for 100% client satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for project cancellations and refunds. We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns before a cancellation is necessary.
1. Refund Eligibility

2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once delivered:
- Security Audit & VAPT Reports: Once a security assessment report has been delivered, the service is considered complete and non-refundable.
- Domain Registration & Third-Party Licenses: Costs incurred for third-party services (domains, hosting, APIs, premium plugins) purchased on the client's behalf are non-refundable.
- Consultation Services: Paid consultations and advisory sessions are non-refundable once conducted.
- Server Deployment: Server setup and configuration services are non-refundable once the server is live.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a project cancellation, please contact us through any of the following channels:

Please include your project name, reason for cancellation, and any relevant details. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and provide a detailed breakdown of work completed and applicable refund amount.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original payment (bank transfer, UPI, etc.).
- Any applicable bank charges or transaction fees for the refund will be borne by the client.
5. Project Suspension by Infexor
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a project if:
- Payments are overdue by more than 15 days despite reminders.
- The client fails to provide necessary resources, content, or feedback for more than 30 days, causing project stagnation.
- The client requests work that is illegal, unethical, or violates our terms of service.
In such cases, any work completed up to the point of suspension will be billed, and remaining balance (if any) will be refunded according to the refund schedule above.
6. Revision Requests vs. Cancellation
We encourage clients to request revisions rather than cancel. During the development phase, we offer unlimited revisions at no extra cost. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the work, please communicate your concerns and we will work to resolve them promptly.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision:
- Step 1: Contact us to discuss the concern in detail. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
- Step 2: If unresolved, we will engage a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
- Step 3: As a last resort, disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
